Patients / Visitors Facilities Visitors Lounge: Available on every patient floor. To ensure the comfort of our patients, the visiting hours are scheduled as follows: From 9:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. From 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Children below 12 years are not allowed to enter the patient floors. Guest Meal / Bed: Delivered upon request. Vending Machines: Available in the waiting area of the main entrance. They dispense coffee, chocolate, water, soft drinks, etc… Children Library: It provides the hospitalized children aged between 5 and 12 years access to books during their stay at the hospital. The collection consists of Arabic, English and French books. The library is located on the pediatric floor and is sponsored by Coca Cola. Parking: The hospital provides a free of charge parking for patients & visitors. Security Services: The services are provided by a specialized company: “Future Security Services”.The aim is to ensure security inside the hospital for the safety of the patients, visitors and staff.
