The first Open Heart Surgery Center in North Lebanon opened in 1997. It provides comprehensive services for adult patients, including those with multiple medical conditions.
Monla Hospital experienced cardiac surgery team includes surgeons, cardiac anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and nursing staff.

The Cardiac Surgery Unit (CSU) is a three-bed unit dedicated to the immediate post-operative care of cardiac surgery patients. Located adjacent to the cardiac operating rooms, CSU is staffed by nurses trained in the care of post-cardiac surgery patients.

- Coronary Artery Bypass surgery
- Valve Surgery, including mitral valve repair and replacement of mitral and aortic valves
- Aortic aneurysm repair
- Cardiac reoperative procedures
